Acres Legacy is a 52-lot townhome development on 3.32 acres at the intersection of TC Jester Blvd and Mansfield Rd in Northwest Houston. The City of Houston approved the storm, sanitary and waterline plans on 4 August 2026 under OCE #25074034, and approved sets went to the field on 10 August. Scope is 24 inch storm, 8 inch sanitary and 8 inch waterline plus select fill, recorded under Plat No. 714390.
This infill site is designed to balance density, drainage and accessibility while meeting city utility and fire code requirements. Elevated Development is working with local engineers and planners on a layout that integrates efficient water infrastructure, optimized pad grading and modern detention strategies, including a potential sheet pile retaining wall to maximize usable land.
