The Rudel Rd project is a thoughtfully planned commercial development located in the heart of Tomball, Texas. Designed to meet the growing demand for high-quality neighborhood services, the site will feature two 4,600 sq. ft. buildings, including a daycare and a financial services office. Wilderness Trail

Wilderness Trail is Elevated Development’s premier Build-to-Rent (BTR) community in Magnolia, Texas, designed to meet the growing demand for high-quality rental housing in fast-growing suburban markets. Spanning approximately 33 acres across two parcels, the project will feature 117 thoughtfully designed single-family homes with 3- and 4-bedroom floorplans, private yards, and two-car garages. The community will include curated amenities such as a pocket park, bark park, and pedestrian pathways, blending privacy with connection. Located outside city limits in Montgomery County, Wilderness Trail benefits from lower tax rates, and proximity to schools, job centers, and natural surroundings.

This development is being built from the ground up with institutional rental operators in mind. Horizontal development is scheduled to begin in early 2026, with vertical construction to follow shortly after. The homes will be energy-efficient, smart-home ready, and built to offer long-term durability with lifestyle convenience.
