Acres Legacy is a 52-lot townhome community on 3.32 acres at TC Jester Blvd and Mansfield Rd in Northwest Houston. City approvals came through in August 2026 and utility construction is now underway.

Minutes from Beltway 8 and Highway 290, the site sits close to employment in Spring Branch, the Energy Corridor and Downtown Houston, with established neighborhoods, schools, parks and retail nearby. As Houston grows inward, Acres Legacy turns an overlooked infill parcel into housing the city needs.
