FROM CONCEPT TO PAPER LOTS — DELIVERED BY ELEVATED DEVELOPMENT
The Dreyfus Heights project was a thoughtfully planned collection of 12 single-family residences located at the intersection of Amos Street and Dreyfus Street in Houston, Texas. Each home was designed at 1,996 square feet with four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, tailored to meet the needs of today’s urban families and professionals. Situated in a rapidly evolving neighborhood experiencing significant new development, the project was well positioned to benefit from continued market growth. Elevated Development managed the entitlement, design, and subdivision process, delivering the fully approved development to the owner as paper lots, providing a streamlined and flexible exit strategy. The site was configured with six homes fronting Amos Street and six fronting Dreyfus Street, creating a balanced and cohesive streetscape. Upon completion of the entitlement process, the project was successfully sold by the owner to a third-party developer, marking a fully executed and closed project on our end.
